Two decades in this market means knowing things that do not appear on any portal — which sellers are serious, which land titles are clean, and which streets have quietly doubled in value.

Ceylon Property & Investments is a focused, owner-led operation based in Galle Fort. Our founder has spent over twenty years working in Sri Lankan real estate, building relationships with brokers, landowners, and developers across the south coast, west coast and Colombo long before these areas became internationally recognised.

That history means we can move quickly, speak honestly, and point buyers in the right direction without wasting their time. When you reach out, you speak directly to the person who has visited the property, knows the neighbourhood, and has no incentive to oversell.

We work with a trusted network of brokers, experienced attorneys, and certified surveyors, all vetted over years of working together. When your transaction is ready to move, the right professionals are already in place.

Local Knowledge

We cover the south coast, west coast and Colombo — areas we know street by street. We can tell you which neighbourhoods are appreciating, which have infrastructure challenges, and where serious buyers are looking right now.

Professional Network

We work with experienced attorneys, surveyors, and established local brokers. When a transaction is ready to move, the right professionals are already in place. We make the introductions and stay involved throughout.

Who We Work With

Our buyers are typically foreign nationals, diaspora, and locals relocating or investing — people who value discretion and informed guidance over browsing a portal alone.
